It's important to us that we maintain accommodation at high standards of luxury and quality for our Owners. This may see our resorts undergoing changes and refurbishments from time to time. Here's a sneak preview of the resorts and surrounding areas undergoing some work in the next few months.
WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Denarau Island UpgradeWorldMark Denarau Island has undergone an extensive exterior facelift over the last 18 months, including exterior painting and landscaping. During 2008 the interiors of the existing units will be refurbished with a fresh new tropical look, receiving some new furnishings, kitchen & bathroom upgrades and fresh interior paint.
Phase III of this resort involves the construction of 62 additional units, landscaping, water features and modifications to the restaurant & reception. Units will consist of standard, deluxe and penthouse types. Award-winning architects Guymer Bailey have designed this project. Approval for these works has been obtained and a construction contract is currently being negotiated.
WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Coffs HarbourConstruction of a 60 room resort at our Pacific Bay location commenced in January this year. The site is located adjacent to our existing rooms at Pacific Bay.
Expected completion date is May 2009.

Seven Mile Beach Phase IIConstruction of an additional 41 units at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Seven Mile Beach commenced in October 2006. Included in the works will be a complete renovation of the reception building, pool, and gym and Owners' lounge areas. The new reception building is now complete and operational.
Owners will be impressed with the architectural style and interior design of these units in fitting with the environmental surrounds. Landscaping will be a feature of this resort supervised by an on-site horticulturalist.
The 41 new units consist of Standard, Deluxe, Penthouse and Presidential style units, with expected completion in July 2008.
SydneyWyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Sydney is nearing completion with the upgrades of the last two Presidential units on level 17 due in May this year.
RefurbishmentThe refurbishment program for all resorts is an ongoing process to maintain our WorldMark South Pacific Club standards. WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Denarau Island, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Kirra Beach and WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Golden Beach are currently underway and will continue throughout 2008.
Our refurbishment program for 2008 also includes: WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Cairns, WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Rotorua and WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Pokolbin Hill.
