NZONE Skydive
If you're looking for the ultimate adrenaline rush while taking in the spectacular scenery of Rotorua, skydiving is for you. For a tandem jump, you'll be strapped to an experienced and qualified jumpmaster before stepping out of the aircraft at 15,000ft, plummeting towards the ground at speeds of 200km/h before the jumpmaster deploys the parachute and you float safely back down to the earth’s surface.
Zorbing
Visit Zorb Rotorua for this fun, adventure activity. You'll slip, slide and spin your way downhill in an orb made of transparent plastic. You can choose from different tracks, wet or dry or even multi-person rides.

Skyline Rotorua
Set high on the side of Mount Ngongotaha, this is the ideal place for family fun with a gondola cableway, a 900 metre long cableway system with a vertical rise of 178.5 metres and fun-filled luge rides downhill. All these fun activities are coupled with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
Mountain Biking
Rotorua is a well-known mountain bikers' heaven with spectacular forests featuring a network of tracks for keen riders just minutes from the city centre. Riders can catch glimpses of Rotorua's beautiful lakes, geothermal activity and beautiful forests.
Fishing
Rotorua is a favourite with fishing enthusiasts thanks to the many waterways streaming with three different species of trout. You can fish at one of the many rivers or lakes in the area or even drop a line in the Ohau Channel on the resort grounds. There is a variety of fishing and fly-fishing tours available around Rotorua.
