Your RCI Membership through Privileges
As an RCI Pacific Pty Ltd ("RCI") Member you may exchange your WorldMark South Pacific Club Privileges Qualified Holiday Credits ("WPQ") for any of more than 3,700 RCI Affiliated Resort locations around the world. You may exchange your WorldMark Holiday Credits to holiday an entire week, part of a week, or just a few nights at participating RCI-Affiliated Resorts.*
Confirm First
With your RCI membership, credits are never deducted from your account until your reservation is confirmed.*
Unsurpassed Flexibility
You can exchange WPQ for any participating RCI-affiliated resort, for any size unit and in any season. Choose whatever you want, whenever you want (based on availability).*
No Annual Membership Fee
Most timeshare Owners are responsible for paying an annual membership fee to exchange with RCI. Since your RCI membership is included in Privileges, you won't have to maintain an individual RCI membership with separate membership fees. Privileges takes care of that for you.*
Instant Exchange
With Instant Exchange, you'll need just 3,000 WPQ for a one-week exchange, regardless of the location, season or size of unit (you must request and confirm the exchange within 45 days of travel). Availability on these exchanges is limited.*
Fees
In addition to the use of WPQ, there is a fee associated with each RCI exchange transaction. When making an RCI Weeks exchange reservation, the exchange fee is $119 AUD for Pacific Region resort destinations and $229 AUD for international resort destinations paid directly to RCI. Nightly Stays or Split Week exchange fees range from $23-$99 AUD, depending on the length of the reservation. Nightly Stays or Split Week exchanges may be subject to housekeeping fees charged by the respective resort. New Zealand residents pay the rates identified above but in New Zealand dollars.*
Guest Certificates
You can share the fun of resort holidaying with friends, business associates or family members. All you have to do is confirm an exchange, pay the exchange fee and purchase an RCI Guest Certificate. Guest Certificate fees are currently $30 AUD. New Zealand residents pay the rate identified but in New Zealand dollars. Recipients must be at least 21 years old.*
How to Exchange
Step 1
To make a reservation for a full week, browse through the RCI Directory and decide where and when you'd like to travel. Remember that you can request an exchange up to two years in advance. Then, use the Full Week Chart above to determine how many WPQ you need for a weekly exchange.
For reservations of less than seven nights, start by finding an RCI resort that offers nightly stays or split weeks - a representative sample of those select RCI resorts, including several Split Weeks resorts in the Pacific Region, are listed in the Program Guide. Each resort will have a four-digit reference number that matches its listing in the RCI Directory. Turn to the resort's listing in the RCI Directory and find the resort's unit types and seasonality. Then, refer to the Nightly Stays/Split Weeks Chart above to determine how many WPQ you need per night.*
Step 2
Call the RCI Service Line at 1300 737 667 (AU) or 0800 737 667 (NZ). To help make the exchange request as smooth as possible, please have the following information available:
- RCI subscribing membership number
- Where and when you would like to holiday
- How many people will travel with you
- A credit card (an exchange fee is required once the available resort of choice is confirmed). See the Privileges Program Guide for fee information*
Step 3
RCI will confirm your exchange. You have up to 24 hours after finding a match to cancel your RCI exchange. Once you've confirmed it, the appropriate number of WPQ will be deducted from your WorldMark account.*

Check with your Holiday Planning Counsellor when making your reservation to see if new participating resorts have been added to the list. (RCI reserves the right to remove resorts from the program at any time.)
