But seasonal price swings make accommodation more expensive during popular times of the year and inflation is an ever-present factor - increasing standard holiday accommodation costs practically every year. When you own Holiday Credits you are guaranteed the same currency stability for your holidays your entire lifetime.
During the life of an average person or family, money spent on the rental of holiday accommodation can be quite substantial. So owning your holidays is your way to avoid worrying about future accommodation price increases. WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners are protected from holiday rental inflation by choosing to own their holidays rather than continuing to rent them. They only pay a once-off acquisition cost plus an annual levy to own their holidays year after year. Owning your holiday also saves you from paying Australian GST on your time away - unlike rented holiday accommodation you don't pay Australian GST on the purchase of Holiday Credits.
WorldMark South Pacific Club provides affordable, flexible and an easy way of holidaying. The Club differs from traditional timeshare ownership thanks to its innovative system based on Holiday Credits, which provide Owners with access to the WorldMark network of quality resorts. Ultimately WorldMark South Pacific allows you to holiday your way.
WorldMark South Pacific Premier Owners acquire Holiday Credits enabling them the flexibility of using any of the current resorts within the WorldMark South Pacific Club network, plus any resort locations added to the Club in the future. Depending on the number of Holiday Credits you own, and subject to availability, holidays can be taken whenever you like during the year, in a variety of apartment sizes, for as long as you want - a day or two, a week or more - based on credit value. Standard Owners have similar flexibility but can only choose from Standard Owner apartments, and do not have access to future resorts.
